Detailed Cleaner/Kitchen Hand Role Description

Role requirements:

  • Clean premises and equipment

  • Operates specialised equipment – including floor scrubbers
  • Conducts cleaning duties specific to food manufacturing
  • Works on a production line
  • Packing and general kitchen duties.

Personal requirements:

  • An experienced cleaner
  • Experience working in food manufacturing is an advantage
  • Team member with the ability to work independently and unsupervised as required
  • Experience with operating cleaning equipment and manufacturing
  • Great communication skills
  • Physically fit and reliable
  • Flexible availability
  • License required
  • Current Basic food handlers certificate required
  • Fluent in English
  • Safety boots must be worn at all times.

Position details:

  • Rate includes casual loading
  • 8-20 hours, the possibility of additional hours for the right person
  • Part-time hours: minimum 8 hours per week
  • Hours are between 6am-6pm
  • Located in Campbellfield.

Detailed HACCP Coordinator Role Description

Role requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of a Food Safety Plan
  • Takes responsibility for all compliance

  • Ensures daily, weekly and monthly documentation is completed correctly
  • Understands business operations and relevance to all HACCP compliance
  • Understands and organises weekly compliance lab testing.

Personal requirements:

  • Experience with HACCP and/or compliance in food manufacturing is an advantage
  • Team member with the ability to work independently and unsupervised as required
  • Holds up to date and relevant Basic Food Handlers and Food Safety Supervisor’s Certificates
  • Preferably holds a HACCP Certificate
  • Expected to work directly with Textured Concept Foods.

Position details:

  • At least 3 days a week for 15-20 hours per week
  • Located in Campbellfield.
