What are pre-plated meals (PPMs)?
We have developed a range of pre-plated frozen meals on recyclable plates that are easy to prepare and heat at home, providing both convenience and value-added nutrition.
What is IDDSI?
The International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) is a global standard with terminology and definitions to describe texture modified foods and thickened liquids used for individuals with dysphagia of all ages, in all care settings, and for all cultures.
The IDDSI framework consists of a continuum of 8 levels (0-7). Levels are identified by text labels, numbers, and colour codes to improve safety and identification. The standardised descriptors and testing methods will allow for consistent production and easy testing of thickened liquids and texture modified foods.
Do you service the NDIS?
No, we are not currently registered with NDIS.
Do you offer products or meals for vegetarian diets?
We offer a range of vegetarian options that meet IDDSI Level 4 Pureed and Level 5 Minced & Moist standards.

Do your products contain allergens?

Are your products delivered frozen?
All our products are delivered frozen to ensure maximum freshness. Our manufacturing process involves cooking fresh, wholesome ingredients and snap-freezing them to lock in their natural flavours and goodness. Quality ingredients snap-frozen are just as nutritious as their non-frozen counterparts.
What will my products or meals look like on a plate at home?
Your meal will look just like a regular meal. We meticulously mould each product to resemble its original form. That means when you prepare your plate with our carrots, Sirloin steak, or delicious choc ripple cake, they will look and taste just like the real thing.
How do I store your products or meals?
All our products should be stored frozen in your freezer.
How long do your products or meals last?
All our products and meals are snap-frozen with a shelf life of 12 months, so you can conveniently have them on hand for the longer term.
How do I prepare your products or meals at home?
Whether you purchase our products in bulk or order pre-plated meals, we’ve made preparing your meal from home as easy as 1-2-3!

You will need to be at home to accept your delivery as our products are delivered frozen and will need to be stored in your freezer (especially on warm days).

Yes we can deliver to your work address or another person’s address on your behalf.
How are my products or meals packaged?
All our individual protein, vegetables and desserts are packaged and secured as portions in user-friendly, resealable packaging to ensure product integrity, ease of use and wastage reduction.
Our pre-plated meals are served on a recyclable plate in a vacuum sealed bag.
Do you offer refunds and returns?

Who will deliver my order?
We use our own delivery vehicle and partner with third-party delivery companies.
