Our in-house dietitian Dr Lisa Sossen says, “Soft and Bite-Sized Level 6 (SB6) can be a tricky texture to master. Meat especially can be tender, but in the end, it ends up being a fibrous bolus after being chewed for a while. The TCF team has dedicated the last two years to work on the SB6 meat to avoid this issue.”
